Dr. Lizzy Pérez is the founder of Lizzy Pérez, LLC, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, academic researcher, and leadership speaker whose work centers courage, emotional intelligence, perfectionism, psychological safety, communication, and well-being.

Before launching her firm, she spent ten years teaching and coaching and ten years serving in school leadership, including as a principal. Her customized workshops have reached more than 15,000 participants, and she has supported more than 4,000 leaders through Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ experiences across sectors and leadership levels.

Her facilitation style combines research, lived experience, humor, direct conversation, and practice. Participants leave with language they can use, a clearer understanding of their own patterns, and a next step that belongs in real life rather than a notebook that disappears after the conference.
